Factor XPTO: A passion, a way of life.

Viñedos-Bodega El Piraña was born from the personal project of Juan Francisco Pulido Cabral and Rosa María García Conde, we are a family dedicated to the vineyard for generations but it is in 2022 when we decided to found our own winery. We cultivate 4.5 ha of organic vineyards of mainly the Palomino variety; all of them in Albarizas soils. Our project is based on maintaining the tradition and at the same time innovation of honest and subtle wines, always respecting the soil, the vineyard and the environment that surrounds them.
We are located in Trebujena, a town in the Jerez area, surrounded by the lower part of the Guadalquivir River and refreshed by the breeze from the Atlantic Ocean (located about 20 km away), which makes our wines characterized by their freshness, elegance and fidelity to the area from which they come.
We make four wines, all of them white; a wine from controlled fermentation in tanks, two pasture wines fermented in sherry butts and organic aging and an ancestral sparkling wine, all of them organic.
