These conditions are agreed between Nauvegar, Unipessoal Lda, Rua da Cruzinha, s/n, 5085-205 Covas do Douro, with the NIF 514527234, hereinafter referred to as Nauvegar and/or simplesmente… Vinho 2021, and between anyone wishing to purchase online tickets for events and products, hereinafter referred to as the user.
The purpose of these conditions is to define the general conditions of sale at [Event Link], established between Nauvegar and the user, which regulate all the steps necessary to make your purchase of tickets online to simplesmente… Vinho 2021, following the indications contained in it.
a) To successfully purchase tickets online, the user must comply with the following operating steps:
- Step 1 » Click on the “Buy tickets” button
- Step 2 » Select the type(s) (i.e., select the date or dates you want to visit the simplesmente… Vinho 2021) and the number of tickets of each type(s).
- Step 3 » Fill in the requested data
- Step 4 » Agree to terms and conditions
- Step 5 » Choose payment method
- Step 6 » Finish » Payment of tickets
After purchasing the ticket, the 6 steps described above, the Beamian platform sends an email to the address registered with the respective QR Codes.
The user must present QR Code(s) sent in electronic format at the entrance, and shoud take it with him/her, on the phone or on the tablet on the day of the event, in order to successfully check-in.
Ticket purchase is made through the Beamian platform, so Nauvegar is not responsible for any errors that occur when purchasing tickets.
Through the Beamian platform, you can make your purchase by paying with a Credit Card, MB Way or through ATM reference payment.
In case of fraudulent use of cards, the seller reserves the right to cancel the transactions associated with this means of payment.
Tickets purchased via ATM reference payment are not sold nor reserved until the time of the ATM payment.
Prices must be understood in euros and including VAT at the prevailing rate.
Nauvegar reserves the right, on the prices presented, to carry out discount campaigns or issue discount coupons to any user or groups of users who so choose.
Sales are final and ticket returns are not accepted. However, the transmission of tickets is allowed, in case of inability to attend. You can do this up to 10 days before the date of the event, sending us an email with the new data to firstname.lastname@example.org
In case of a change in the event date, tickets are valid for the new date, unless the user requests a refund.
If a refund is wanted, it will have to be communicated within 14 days from the day after the date change is communicated, sending us an email with the request to email@example.com
simplesmente… Vinho 2021 is solely a physical event. After using the ticket, returns are not accepted.
In case of event cancellation, Nauvegar undertakes to refund the amount paid for the tickets.
6. Customer Support
If necessary, any requests for information, questions or complaints should be made to firstname.lastname@example.org.
All contents and prices described and presented on the website are the responsibility of Nauvegar and may:
- Be modified at any time, and without prior notice, by the same;
- Are out of date or contain errors.
For all steps of accessing and purchasing on the website, Nauvegar only has an obligation of means. Nauvegar excludes all warranty and any liability for the inconveniences or damages inherent in the use of the Internet network, in particular, a disruption of service, an outside intrusion or the presence of computer viruses, or any case of force majeure so classified by jurisprudence of the courts, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Registration on the Beamian platform does not constitute a registration, in any way, at Nauvegar, so your data will only be used to communicate the product purchased and any information about the event.
If the user wishes to exercise the right to rectify or delete their personal data, he must send us an email to email@example.com and we will proceed with the request directly in the event management tool provided by Beamian.
9. Intellectual Property
simplesmente… Vinho is a registered trademark and domain protected by Intellectual property rights.
10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
In situations not provided for in this contract, the regime of purchase and sale, electronic and distance transactions shall apply, with the necessary adaptations.
