My personal winemaking project begins in 2015, after several years of work in different spanish wine regions. The premise is to produce wines with personality and anthenticity base on local varieties and responsable viticulture in my homeland, Galicia.
The vineyards, from where the grapes that give rise to the wines are the cornerstone of the project. Vines cultivated by grape-growers in some cases, and selfmanaged in others, always following criteria of sustainability and respect for the enviroment.
To elaborate my first wine I returned to the Salnés área (D.O. Rïas Baixas). Sacabeira, is a traditional and long lasting wine of Albariño variety, proceding from three different parcels with a common conection, freshness and elegancy.
