Factor XPTO: Only for enjoyers

Daniel Ramos is the search for the personality in the region of Sierra de Gredos, in the middle of the Iberian Peninsula. Very close to Madrid we find this mountain range area with high altitude schist and granitic sandy soils. We understand that our vineyards, most of them of Garnacha and Albillo Real, within others, need the care of nature as well as the total respect of what we do in the vineyards and at the winery. In this way we can express the best of our grapes, and what is most important, that what makes us unique.

We show all our work through our four brands:
– Berrakin: without losing the essence from the Sierra de Gredos, Berrakin shows the joy of life through the personality of the grapes that give the best of this area.
– Wanted: remembering those areas and towns that someday were big in quantity and quality and that now a days have lost most of their vineyards. With some of what is left, we want to bring back what they were.
– Kπ: The name that was given to me by the people from this region, reflected on giving me back what was given to me. These wines are a way to recognize the type of wine they use to make, and the history and heritage given. Craziness made wine.
– Zerberos: These wines are the view of the terroir of the Sierra de Gredos. Plots of incredible beauty that give wines with a unique personality and definition.
All this would be impossible if we don’t respect the nature of each vineyard and what
these give to the fermentation.
