Nacho León in first person:
“My mission is to create a sustainable project that gives value to our vineyards and grapes, trying to recover the best and oldest ones. The main idea behind my viticulture is to restore life in the soil by imitating nature. I found a marvellous vineyard in Bierzo that had been ill-treated and damaged by the massive use of chemicals. The full potential of the vines was undeveloped.
My dream is to create a great ageing wine based on its terroir. I practice organic farming, an artisan production and sustainable and traditional methods.”
