“I have always been driven by curiosity and creativity. The pleasure of learning and the fun of imagining. I was born in the old town of Sanlúcar, surrounded by famous wineries and wonderful winegrowers. A changing world, that of vineyards and wine, with countless variables and impossible to predict. A world that obeyed to intuition and sensitivity, and that attracted me enormously since I was little.
About 20 years ago I decided to dedicate my training, my work and a large part of my life to understanding the fascinating world of wine from my region. Thus, naturally, Bodegas Ramiro Ibáñez was born in 2012, as a way of responding to my own questions and, at the same time, enjoy doing what I am most passionate about.”
