Anta de Cima belongs to our family since the 90s and it’s located at the beginning of Serra de Montargil, in the Alto Alentejo, and has clay as the primordial matter in the production of our wines. It is from this that the Argilla & Talha de Argilla wines are born and made of! Our goal is to “drink” from the clay amphora’s tradition, exploring new techniques for the fermentation and aging our wines, returning by this way to an ancient process. What moves us is undoubtedly the desire to respect the profile and integrity of our grapes and to enhance the unique and unrepeatable character of our wines and our terroir.
