In “Enxoval”, the most recent program on Canal Pança, Diana Barnabé talks to chefs and cooks and tries to find out more about their stories, memories and legacies. Through each woman’s individual stories and unique experiences, this program seeks to create a new collective narrative where new voices are heard and recognized.
This channel is an audiovisual project transmitted via YouTube and all podcast platforms that has, since October 2022, presented regular programming exclusively dedicated to gastronomy.
In this gastronomic thought space, a team of ten people works to share an honest, inclusive and holistic view of food. Between recipe programs, conversations with chefs, debates and gastronomic journeys, Pança is an ode to the passion for gastronomy, the hunger to learn and the willingness to share.
To simplesmente… Vinho, Diana brings a special edition of the “Enxoval”: in a live conversation with four vigneronnes, Filipa Pato, Aline Domingues, Leila Camizão and Núria Renom, she will unveil the stories and legacies that contributed (and still contribute) to the their journey in the world of wines.
