Factor XPTO: Ca N’Estruc /BI/, on the slopes of Montserrat Mountain: living and honest wines, born from the land, time, and a touch of madness.

/BI/ is the freest side of Ca N’Estruc, a family-run winery with over 400 years of history, located on the slopes of Montserrat mountain, near Barcelona. This project was born in 2014 with the purpose of returning to the essence: letting the land, the grapes, and time guide every step.
/BI/ wines are unique creations, crafted using artisanal methods. They ferment and age in demijohns, concrete eggs, stainless steel tanks, old barrels, and foudres, always respecting the character of each vintage.
The vineyard, spanning 22 hectares of estate-owned land, is cultivated following organic and biodynamic practices. The must is gently guided to the bottle with minimal intervention: wines are bottled by gravity, without filtering or clarification, and without sulfites or additives.
BI/ is “wine” made solely from grapes, fermented with their own native yeasts, paying attention to every detail to reflect its origin. Each bottle is born from intuitive work, constant learning, and a touch of madness.
The result is living, honest wines that speak of the place they come from and the energy that drives them. The label, a reinterpretation of the original designs of Ca N’Estruc, highlights its connection to the vine since the 16th century.
